Kansas City- Star Cleaners Seldom does a person run into a company that clearly establishes themselves as the best in their class, especially in the Dry Cleaning business. I only recently have I come to understand the level of commitment Ron Rizzo and his staff has for their craft. They see this as their profession rather than a job. Ron seems to “dig into the dirt” of the business so he can provide the level of service that delivers a real value to his customers. He doe not profess to be the cheapest, where your garments are concerned, Ron does not believe in cutting corners. Instead, the focus is put into the results, that is as he says is where the rubber meets the road. A poorly cleaned garment is not worth saving twenty cents. The greatest thing about this company is the Valet Service, their door to door delivery service. They have several routes out on the street picking up the week’s laundry and exchanging your laundry bag with a clean one to put your next weeks laundry. They will even come to your office making this the most customer friendly service in the city. What impressed me the most with Star Cleaners is their complete and total care of the garments they handle. They seemed to really care for the results, I saw them take a shirt that had a heavy stain on the pocket, and by spending close to ten minutes on the shirt they were able to completely remove the stain. I know they don’t do this on every garment they handle, but when they see something, they spend what ever time is necessary to fix the problem. From Stains to lost buttons, they do everything they can do to restore the condition of the garment to as close to new condition as possible. It’s really refreshing to see a Dry Cleaner that really understands the meaning of professional cleaning. If you live in the Kansas City Area, you owe it to yourself to give these guys a try, you will not regret it. Visit their web site at www.starclenaerskc.com.
